All neighbors that are current with dues are welcome to come and enjoy the pool. This board wants to make it very clear to our neighbors that the safety and welfare of our residents and their families is of the upmost importance.
In the days leading up to the pool opening, Middleton will have its Pool Band Distribution for those homes that are current with PMI for all dues. At the Middleton Pool Pavilion, Pool Band Distribution will be held on May 17th, 4p - 6p, and May 18th, 9a - 1p. Each eligible Homeowner will need to present an ID and sign for 2 Pool Bands per home. Each pool band will admit 3 family members into to pool.
All other pool rules are still in place and need to be observed by all pool attendees. Failure to comply with any of these regulations may result in the withdrawal of pool privileges.
Only Middleton HOA Members in good standing and their accompanied guests may use the Pool.
Pool admittance will be limited to 3 individuals per pool band per home. I.e., homes will be allowed 6 entrants as long as they bring two pool bands.
