Parking in the Street

Over the last few months there have been a number of concerns brought forth to the board in regards to cars being parked on the streets, especially overnight. This is presenting safety issues in our community, especially now that school is back in session. There also have been cars parked at stop signs and at the corners of several intersections causing unsafe conditions.

Homeowners are asked to follow the outlined covenant found in Section 7.4 Vehicle Parking - "No on-street parking, other than in connection with special events...."
